Dr. Croley’s extensive training at Rush and Northwestern Universities in Chicago, as well as his board certifications in Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine, have made him an authority in the medical field. In addition to his patient care, Dr. Croley has a passion for educating medical professionals. He has held various leadership positions, including Director of the Surgical Intensive Care Unit and Associate Director of Resident Education, and has trained thousands of medical professionals as Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of Aesthetics for Empire Medical Training.

Dr. Croley’s expertise with energy-based devices has broadened the range of conditions he can treat, and he shares his knowledge as a speaker for several laser and energy-based device companies. Dr. Croley co-hosts the Beauty & The Brain™ podcast, where he and Jerry Drinkard discuss the latest advancements, trends, and controversies in the aesthetic industry. Dr. Croley’s dedication to improving patient care and medical education is evident in his involvement with numerous medical societies and his constant evaluation of new technologies and educational methods.

Monica Kieu, D.O. is a board-certified specialist in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. She helps her patients improve their health, and their appearance, with exceptional skill and compassion. A native of Southern California, Dr. Kieu received her medical degree, with honors, from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Michigan State University/Detroit Medical Center, where she was chief resident. She then completed a prestigious fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Toronto.

She has authored numerous papers and presentations for peer-reviewed medical journals and conferences. A passionate teacher and educator, she currently serves as assistant clinical professor for the Department of Surgical Services at Michigan State University. The daughter of an anesthesiologist and a pediatrician, Dr. Kieu is a skilled practitioner with a broad range of academic and clinical interests in head and neck conditions. She is also a committed humanitarian-physician, having performed facial reconstructive and head and neck procedures in underserved provinces of Vietnam and Malawi.
